Dr. Robert F. Scott
Dr. Robert Scott presently serves as vice president for strategic initiatives and institutional effectiveness at Kansas Wesleyan University in Salina, Kansas where he has direct responsibility for matters related to innovation, assessment, accreditation and the development of and maintenance of a continuous improvement model that is proving to be transformative for this institution. Previous to this appointment, Dr. Scott has also served as dean of the College of Education and Technology at Fort Hays State University, a regional, comprehensive, public university in the state of Kansas. Dr. Scott additionally served as a founding department chair and as the original Assistant Provost for Quality Management at FHSU, upon the institutions embracing the AQIP accreditation and continuous quality improvement process.
Dr. Scott has chief academic officer experience, having served in the roles of Vice President for Academic Affairs and Dean of the Faculty at the University of Maine at Fort Kent, followed by a two year term as Vice President for Academic Affairs at Keystone College, a private liberal arts college in northeast Pennsylvania. Dr. Scott has extensive experiences with distance education development, having taken on the task of building the online infrastructure at both UMFK and Keystone College. Further, he has implementation as well as partnership management experience with the military, corporate, community and international entities, including China, Saudi Arabia, Canada and Turkey. He has worked in diverse environments, been a chief academic officer at both a public and a private four-year college, and has served in varying administrative capacities on campuses ranging from 1,300 students to an institution of 13,700.
Dr. Scott graduated from Sam Houston State University in 1993 with a Ph.D. in criminal justice, following a master’s degree in criminal justice from SUNY College at Buffalo in 1989 and a baccalaureate degree in Canadian politics from Brock University in Ontario, Canada. Dr. Scott is widely published in a variety of academic areas ranging from anabolic steroid use and abuse to the application of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.

Dr. Adam C. Holden
Dr. Adam Holden has been a school administrator in both the private and public education systems of Europe and the United States for more than a twenty-five years. A former semi-professional athlete, Dr. Holden is a two-time recipient of the National Blue ribbon of Excellence, is a fully qualified Head of School at all levels of the International Baccalaureate Organization, is an authorized Google Education Trainer and now serves as the Chair of the, nationally ranked, Department of Teacher Education at Fort Hays State University. He has taken leadership training at some of the world’s foremost educational institutions including Harvard, Stanford, and Columbia Universities. Adam has received multiple “Outstanding Achievement in Education” Awards and has a Citation for Distinguished Professional Service from the National Association of Secondary School Principals.

Tiffany's background lies in both the legal and education sectors. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Justice Studies from Fort Hays State University and her Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University School of Law. She has taught at both the elementary and university levels. Tiffany served as a special education teacher for Baltimore City Public Schools through The New Teacher Project Teaching Fellows program. Prior to that, she taught business ethics at Shenyang Normal University in Shenyang, China. In her current role as Coordinator of Clinical Practices for the Department of Teacher Education at Fort Hays State University, Tiffany has helped to design and launch a pre-service teacher residency experience and to align the department's programs with both CAEP and NCTQ standards.
